Tom Dietschler
After a long career in the corporate world, Tom changed career paths in 1995 when he earned the status of Certified Residential Appraiser.
He worked for other firms until 2002 when he opened the doors to Bay West Appraisers. Appraising was a perfect second career choice for Tom's analytical mind and uncanny knack for uncovering little-known facts. He has earned a sterling reputation in the appraisal industry as a fair, honest, dependable, and highly qualified appraiser.

Jenna Banaitis
Jenna received her Certified Residential Appraiser status in 2021. It was a smooth transition for her because she's been involved in real estate whether managing her own rental properties, or helping friends sell their homes.
Jenna proved to be a quick learner, technologically savvy, organized, and she works well independently. Moreover, she possesses excellent customer service skills. Recently, one of her clients acknowledged that she is part of their elite team of appraisers known for exceptional customer service and commitment to quality.
